If of interest, I've just put some of their songs up on the music page: "Just because..."

Just topped it up again. Thoroughly enjoyed it, too.

We must not give opposition teams hope. We have to kill them.

New Batman movie being filmed in Liverpool cancelled.

No one was interested in playing Batman, they just wanted to be Robin instead.

I'd like to publicly state that Andy Burnham is a full weight, self-serving, publicity loving cock

I'd like to publicly state that I fully agree with my learned friend. He is putting peoples lives in danger for a 3 minute TV slot and a fiver more each. Will he take responsibility for yhe extra deaths? No. He's a full on Mancunian suck up wanker

A. Burnham and Trump are trying to buy political gain with the souls of Covid deaths.

He's doing the job he was elected to do and trying to get financial support for those he represents and responsible for who need it most during the lockdown. Even Johnson acknowledged earlier this week he was making a fair point.

Of course, as usual, Johnson and his cast of incompetents aren't held to account or responsible by you two. Blame everyone but them. Maybe there'd have been more money to support people reduced to two thirds wages this winter if they hadn't been busy spunking hundreds of millions to their cronies on making PPE that wasn't fit for purpose or a failed
"world class track and trace system" we were promised to have had since July.

But no, it's everyone's fault but theirs. Keep giving them an excuse to keep failing the country and prioritising looking after their mates and Tory party donors first and foremost. Rolleyes

I ask you will Galway bate Mayo? Not if they have Willie Joe...they haven't a hope of beating Mayo!

Franco, You have me totally wrong! I also think Johnson is a total bufoon and the clown should not be running the country. It doesn't detract from what I have said. I don't know and don't care which party Burnham represents. He's playing with peoples lives. End of!

Err, he knew of the decision well before the faked press conference.

He's sitting on £60m of cash reserves.

He is a bellend. Full weight, dripping with fondue bishops hat.

The Socialist Republic of South Yorkshire accepts its fate without the need for impromptu press conferences and without the 'hey, look at me' gimp hogging the camera, preferring instead to agree a financial package that doesn't include the moon on a stick.

Labour policy or the Tory's looking after their cronies? Does it matter when lives are at risk? Coronavirus has no political view. None, whatsoever.

A guy called Mick Jones, no not he, has just produced a book of his old photos of Sheffield in the late 60's / early 70's. Have a look here on Facebook

I quite like this picture of the Hole in the Road with the old YEB building in the background along with the old Walsh's

That's interesting. We thought the Hole in the Road was brilliant when it was first built: so smart. Sadly it didn't stay that way. In that photo, as a little kid I can remember the shops to the top right being anither kind of hole in the road: literally a bomb site. A big heap of rubble.
Does anyone know the significance of the pub name from the first pic: The Durham Ox? There was a more famous one in Lincoln, just outside one end of Lincoln Central station, with a major level crossing named after it.

We must not give opposition teams hope. We have to kill them.
