I am currently registered as a sole trader.

I am looking to go limited due to the advantages.

If the company income is say 2000 per month.
Expenses are minimal (zero) lets say.

I need to take out around 1000 per month.

I need as much of the 1000 each month as a salary without paying tax.

I want to pay as little or nothing in taxes/NI as possible as a company/individual.

What is the best way to achieve this.

Any help is appreciated and I am probably looking for an accountant along the way......

In Addition, anyone know a way to get around the following.

My Company would be earning direct money, but I would also be earning commission (working for another company) from sales, which would be paid monthly, preferably to my company.

The bit I am not sure about would be the part where I am getting paid from sales working for the other company.

Confusing....
