Jut watched penultimate Taboo. Really grown into a fantastic series.

Looking forward to SS GB. Haven't read the book but similar to Fatherland and Dominion by Robert Harris and CJ Sampson respectively.

Fatherland seems quite similar but based in nazi Germany in the late 50's.

Dominion is based in nazi England with Churchill as a terrorist / freedom fighter.

Both worth a read

There's lots of complaints about poor sound/mumbling actors in TV dramas recently.
That said, SS-GB was deathly dull. Stopped watching it after 25 minutes. Even the lead actor looked bored. 

I ask you will Galway bate Mayo? Not if they have Willie Joe...they haven't a hope of beating Mayo!

Just watched it all on catch up, after the first episode it became compulsive watching, though I must admit, you wouldn't let yourself get that far into trouble without telling someone which made the story a bit unreal, but enjoyed it overall!
