Hi mate, was just wondering if you could help me with a query I have, we're looking at going to Orlando in 2018, (will hopefully be 25 years with a transplanted kidney...what better way to celebrate!) I just wondered in your opnion which month would be best to visit? I've been 4 times before all in Aug but I know my budget won't even strech to that, been looking at December/January & April/May

any help or advice would be grand matey....

I'm not sure why anyone would voluntarily come to Florida in August. Much better in April/May but then busier.
December wouldn't be bad

We went in August as the company my Dad worked for he could only get 2 weeks every August bud,

Thanks for the help much appreciated, at the moment we're very much in favour of April/May, surely it couldn't be any busier than Aug is it Southy?

September is decent mate. Weather is still good, and it's not as busy... I'd always go in Sept if I could.

Easter and Xmas are busy....

That's another month thrown into the bag then! cheers mate for the help, certainly giving us some idea's, mate of ours went in September & proposed to his Missus at Magic Kingdom, said the weather was fantastic,

either way we do it will be taking youngest out of school as the price to go during school holidays virtually bloody double in price!!

Last two weeks of August are cheaper than the rest of the holidays, but not as cheap as a couple of weeks later. That's when we went this year. And it wasn't bedlam..

A lot of US school kids are back at school

Thanks Hoyland, that's definately worth considering as well, I've looked at going with Thomas Cook as they are doing some really good deals, also I can look at the price month on month & pick the cheapest deal out & go on said date,

Thomas Cook cram you onto the plane like sardines. Not good for a 9 hour flight.Sad

My friend went this September. They welcomed her with a hurricane on her first full day!

We must not give opposition teams hope. We have to kill them.

Thats the main risk with going in September/October. You only need to see what is going on in the Caribbean/Atlantic right now

Its now or never

There are much better places to visit than America to celebrate anything, especially with the dollar at a record high, your pound won't go very far

I would head East to Malaysia or Thailand or even South Africa. Check out Emirates holidays owl4ever you won't be disappointed, hols include price of flight

A Steak & Shake burger is better than anything you'll find in SE Asia
