Might have got you mixed up with someone else and if so I apologise

Can’t be arsed to go back and check as it’s not important so happy to assume I got it wrong. My apologies again mate, enjoy your evening

That's the thing I'll never understand about the Gray 'era'.

He was the temp and results / playing style was decent. The media kept asking the question about it becoming a permanent appointment but, when that time eventually came, it all went dull.

Why was that? Manager mentality? Player attitude? Coaching style becoming more permanent than previously? A mix of all 3? Something completely different?

Similar things have happened at other clubs. Perhaps it's just natural and pretty much inevitable?

I have just emailed DC with this on his Linkedin account. I doubt he will get it, but I feel better!

Sawasdee Krup Khun Dejphon,

There is no doubt that when you became the chairman of our club that you saved us from potentially disappearing all together, I am personally grateful for the early years of great football and appearances in the play offs. Times have changed and we are living in strange times. With all the global pandemic brings, we have our own problems in the on going saga with the EFL and the points deduction, and the empty stadia that we now play in.

The 12 point deduction (barring the outcome of the appeal) is crippling us. I think that you and the recruitment team did a great job over the transfer window and things looked a little more promising after a truly shocking 2nd half of last season.

Now we are sitting on 3 defeats in a row, which under normal circumstances is very disappointing, but not unsurmountable. Its the manor of our play. The current manager doesn't have a plan B, and his plan A is not a suitable plan to get us out of the position we are in. Now, I do understand a little about Thai culture having done business in your beautiful country for the last 10 years, and understand the reticence to make changes to your original decisions. However, its vital that we make changes at managerial level before it's too late. We have the right Chairman, stadium, players, fans and infrastructure to do this, but we don't have the right manager.

I urge you to watch Garry Monks post match interview. Its horrific, and the words of a beaten man, we need a leader who can motivate the team at the moment, and we don't have that. I, along with thousands of my fellow Sheffield Wednesday fans can see it's time for a change. If fans were allowed in the ground, you would be seeing dwindling crowds and the voices that are left WOULD be shouting their disapproval of the manager. It seem like he doesn't "have" the changing room. We need a change now, before it's too late and League 1 beckons.

Best regards

Ian Bowmer

West Brom beaten again.
Time for big Sam to get his customary come and keep us up call?
Then Billic available.
He'd be a good shout for us.
