Sheffield Wednesday consider bringing in new coach to help out caretaker manager Lee BullenSheffield Wednesday are contemplating adding a new face to their coaching staff to ease the workload on caretaker manager Lee Bullen, The Star understands.

The same article
“Speaking after Wednesday's frustrating defeat at Millwall last weekend, Bullen said he has yet to speak to chairman Dejphon Chansiri about boosting their coaching staff.”
“I don't think it is a major thing to worry about at the moment. We have got bodies in that are helping from the academy.”

So utter bollocks then with a misleading headline

Now a subscription service.
In the Ts&Cs....

Why do I have to pay to access the website?
Independent, high-quality journalism costs money and we need the support of our readers to sustain that for many years to come. It is through our readers’ financial support that we can allow our journalists the freedom to report and investigate important stories of our time; focus on factual storytelling impacting local communities ‘as it happens’, commit to holding the power to account and fight for justice.

The Star’s journalism since Paul Thompson left isn’t fit to serve as toilet paper.

They’re going to go bust because who’s going to subscribe to that?! Their main readership are old dodders who don’t read owt in digital format anyway.

A sad decline of what used to be seen as an institution (especially the Green ‘Un) really but they’ve only themselves to blame at the end of the day.

It's sad to see a local paper go this way, though there are plenty of reasons for it.

My subscription to The Athletic started yesterday, £30 for the year. Far superior articles.

Just been asked to register my email address with the Star to access my 'three free articles'. After I've read them, I can subscribe for £1/month for the next 3 months, after which it becomes £8.68/month, 'or only £2/week'. They really can go get fucked.

Never mind 'Ban the Stir' - they're obviously intent on banning themselves.

I ask you will Galway bate Mayo? Not if they have Willie Joe...they haven't a hope of beating Mayo!

And doing a very good decent job so far for them. The Star are still running their click bait articles in her absence though.
