Oi! Mr Grammar policeman...He that is without fallibility among you, let him cast the first critique,

Both capitalised, or not at all and why end with a comma?

Anyway, this is the point I was making on the other thread. Thanks for being consistent.

Now I'm no lawyer but good luck applying this.

Where's his 'Chansiri' to place a trademark against?

Equally, I assume that the Intellectual Property Right of Wednesday by putting it on a shirt usurps any old rubbish argument the pig may profer.

I recall that American piece of nonsense, the WWF trying to bully the panda loving WWF who had been around and used the initials for yonks and being pistol whipped in court.

Hope the c**t gets jailed for maintaining a spurious claim.

Also, if I were he, I'd be watching my back now when one of the massive finds out his address. Not that ever condone kicking the shit out of an obsessed, unclean piece of aresewipe.

Can't imagine Local Scaffolding Ltd getting much business from SWFC any time soon.

Just out of interest it looks like no one has registered BDTBL yet

Trademark is a waste of time. He's only got the UK one. It's the dot-com that holds the sway, as they always say on Dragons Den

"Mr Jennings, from Sheffield, is a fan of the club who purchased a box last season, according to his solicitor.

Emma Ward, from Nelsons Solicitors, confirmed her client was the registered proprietor of a UK trademark for WAWAW."

A Wednesday fan? In a pig's eye he is. Wanker

I ask you will Galway bate Mayo? Not if they have Willie Joe...they haven't a hope of beating Mayo!

Correct Skamp. Section 5 Trades Mark's Act. We have 'relative grounds' to object and the pig has just wasted £170 in his application plus our costs in objecting. Pigenomics Bigsmile

This is the last time I'm painting on a grin.

Anybody know of this Paul Jennings then? It appears he’s a scaffolder on Herries Rd and also has/ had a business registered as Hillsborough Football Parking.
Sounds like a chancer

I've heard he's held a grudge against the club for 40 years since the Kop threw snowballs at him

If we ever do upgrade the ground he’s fucked off a chance of getting in on the contract.

Just came across this article by James Shield about how the pigs not signing players is down to some higher moral code of loyalty they possess, and not because of the owners court case or that nobody that's any good wants to sign for them. It's an astonishing jaw dropper of a read...and not in a good way.

Aren't they supposed to be announcing a record breaking shirt sponsorship deal any time?
