It's a Nike identi-kit but I'd take it if they swapped the red for blue

Trouble is, you sell your merchandising soul if you get in with Nike or Adidas at our level

The point is we wouldn't get any of that revenue. We'd get a pre agreed flat fee for all Nike merchandise and then they'd take all the sales proceeds.
The flat fee tends to be about 60% of what Nike project their profit will be.

Adidas do the same at our level. Which is why DC once said, at a forum I think, that it wouldn't make financial sense to get a kit from one of the big manufacturers.
Elev8 was 'sold' as being in house so our shirts our profit.

Macron, and Puma will happily do a deal. Anything from a Nike type deal to buy the shirts and sell yourself, and all percentage points in-between.
Hummel are trying to get a foothold back in Britain so are trying to entice certain clubs. Rangers (who've now switched) and Everton.

Rangers switch from Hummel to Castore is an interesting one. This is Castore's first football contract, having previously made golf and winter sports kit and they paid Rangers a lot of money to be the kit manufacturers.
Seems to have paid off though as they shifted 50,000 home shirts in 24 hours. There's the two away shirts to come out yet.
They're claiming the shirt is the lightest on the market and the most flexible. They're also claiming the material is externally shower proof.

Rangers are one of the few clubs which will sell 50k shirts quickly.

Could be Primark and they'd still buy them

Castore is a Sports Direct brand isn't it, or at least owned by Mike Ashley

They didn't. It's white in the middle.

We must not give opposition teams hope. We have to kill them.
