It appears Monk is having a look at Odubajo further forward perhaps with a view to wing backs or next season.

I’d have been far more comfortable him bringing Reach on and switching Harris to the right. We looked a lot shakier after Moses and Pessy came on.

We were good value overall though. Luongo and a recuperated Lee are making a huge difference

Johnson’s plan A appeared to be win free kicks off Afobe (especially) and Wells diving then pump them in to Baker in the box. They look a completely different side after selling Brownhill.

I do wish we'd stop giving stupid free kicks away. Especially when the opposition have just brought extra attackers on. Cheap bookings might come back and bite us too, when we're short of players.

We must not give opposition teams hope. We have to kill them.

I know, sat there pulling my hair out. What made it even more annoying was a large number of them weren’t fouls (in my owls tinted glasses opinion)

Saw a comment on Twitter that the team captain travels down and is on the bench but a player who is offski gets onto the pitch in preference to him. Is Monk trying to persuade Fox to stay for the end of the season?

Fuck 'em. This city will always be ours.

Highly doubt it, bri. He's by far the player of the two that I'd have wanted to come on in that position, (or to avoid a reshuffle at the back), and based upon form before the break. The only worry would be motivation, if he's off, but that was the performance of a pro.

We must not give opposition teams hope. We have to kill them.

It was annoying, especially as they have scored so many headers this season.

However, I must say, Joe marshalled the defence well and they seem to be very confident in him too

13.11.2010 at 20.51 emre...tbh, Hoylands goal gave me a semi

Read what I said

Owling pointed it out, yep hands up, I read it incorrectly.

Of course there are cracks, that's how the light gets in.

Saw that and as owling said, you wouldn't put Lee's on and also to cover the left side.

Thanks Mr Fox for turning up and putting a performance in.

Has anyone mentioned Da Cruz? He was brilliant when he came on. I'm afraid Lee is not up to it. Contribution zero today. Don't think he touched ball in first 30 mins. Great win and fully deserved and could have been a wider winning margin

Let's get Penney back. Fox should not be in squad.
