They got 46,039, so not quite there. It was League 1 record but not a third tier record Blink

No they didn't. It was a game featured during the Sunderland Til I Die series, and they got about 47k, which beat what they said was the previous league game record "in the modern era", (presumably League 1 rather than Division 3), a Dirty Leeds v Bradford City game.
Funny how old records standing before the Premier League existed apparently don't count any more.Rolleyes

I ask you will Galway bate Mayo? Not if they have Willie Joe...they haven't a hope of beating Mayo!
