For the remainder of the European competitions when it comes to penalties....

Basically, keepers coming off their line at pens will be penalised more.

There's first going to be a warning for encroachment offences, then cautions to be issues for any repeat offence in a retake.

VAR officials will be able to monitor things to help out the officials on the field.

Europa League and Champions League first leg ties, didn't have these rules... The second leg ties this week and to the finals will have these rules. Blink

And any taker who breaks his run up should get 50,000 volts up his arse.

We must not give opposition teams hope. We have to kill them.

I would like the keeper to be sent off and no substitute keeper allowed to replace him

Fuck 'em. This city will always be ours.

Just make it if a keeper encroaches then it's automatically a goal, even if the taker balloons it into orbit.

But if VAR is going to check every penalty then games might not finish until the following morning

Not changing the rules, just enforcing them.

Both suggestions re no sub keeper and automatic goal are great too.

In fact, there's no substitutions allowed after final whistle so won't be able to put another keeper on

Some of the cripples that have played for us in the past would struggle with the run up

The 50,000 volts should help with that.
