It was Duncan McKenzie. Scamp.

He who laughs last, laughs loudest.

Couldn't he also throw a golfball from one stand to the other across the full length of the pitch?

edit: or was that Asa Hartford? The bloke with the apt surname iirc
Skamp, 24/03/2021 at 12:29

Hartford had a hole in his heart but nobody in the world knew about it!

Sorry, just realised Duncan McKenzie is not dead but added to the list of flair players not to play for England.

Wonder what happened to him? As you say PP, no age at all.
A friend of mine worked with him at the Dingles, said he was a really good bloke too.

I think the lack of comment might say it all T, way too many young blokes doing it if that is the case. I could be totally wrong of course.

Poor lad. Life’s not easy for some, even if you might think it should be, based on the life they have.
I’m sure I heard the other day that suicide is now the biggest killer of males within something like 30-40 age group.

RIP, Lee Collins.

Didn't Yeovil Town lose another player (to cancer, maybe?) about the same age a few years back? Or maybe it was a recent ex-player? They had a small memorial to him at Huish Park, I think.
