So why aren’t they been reported? I do not doubt it’s difficult at the minute but no other clubs have had this issue reported apart from us n Derby

Because some went for deferment of partial wages thus they have been paid what was agreed, and the rest will follow.

Other have paid in full.

We went for full payment but all dependent of liquidity is my guess of our owner and tax liabilities of such big transfers?

If only he had spent the money wisely in the first place. The guy chased a dream with not a fucking clue of how to do it, left a cost legacy that has hamstrung us for 2 years and left an horrendous mess come the end of this season.

And yet folk still make excuses on his behalf

Instead preferring to attack and blame the players who have been thrown under the bus by DC’s refusal to adequately address recruitment. No striker or LB and those that did come in are mainly wank

That’s before you consider the constant changing of managers, the points deduction and not paying wages on time. It’s no fuckin wonder we are where we are

Don't expect it from the players. They'll be off like rats up a drainpipe. Do you think we'll get an apology from Chansiri if we go down? I think we'll be owed one.

I think I can happily accept the players have been shit as well, but I think being an employee of the Club these last 2 years explains a great deal about how and what they do on the pitch.

Its the environment they have been surrounded by. I have worked in places where a similar feeling has enveloped the office. Folk working but unsettled, putting in 85% effort.

I for one don't blame them. And 99% of the people would do the same in their employment. You wouldn't have hung around.

I worked in a shit place but stuck it out because I knew I would pick up the pieces and get the business for 20% of its real value. If that carrot was not in place I would have fucked off.

We have unrealistic expectations of players, probably because they are paid very well, ignoring its a workplace and they are no different in the gripes they have

Apologies if this got picked up last week and I missed it but just noticed that the accounts are not due until 30 July, the club must have applied for an extension.

EFL sticking to their stance when HMRC granted the first extension.
Don't care what the tax man is doing, accounts in by 31st March or soft embargo until they're in

Soft embargo means EFL has to sanction any incoming transfer before we even finalise the deal, not after we've sent the paperwork in as per the norm.
Please Mr Parry, can we spend £500k on a left back from Oxford?
No. You've already got one who's played in your first team. Show me your accounts and I'll think about it.

Free agents and loanees under 23 don't come under the soft embargo.
And if we 'lose' all of our out of contracts and then we have reasonable grounds for replacing provided we show the EFL we're spending less money on the replacement over the term of his contract

If we send our forecasts to the EFL before 31 July the embargo will be lifted irrespective of when we file at CH

I gave it a brief mention in one thread. I had the director of a couple of companies do this last week. Cite Covid and Companies House basically granted the 3 months without question.

As you know it was a double whammy filing deadline month - as are the next 2. I am trying to stick with the original deadlines or will never get the right side
