Then last night he vehemently opposes the Man U penalty despite the fact on the replay he clearly catches him and the ref is looking directly at it.

5Live commentary said it was a soft penalty and Matt Upon on the BBC highlights also said it wasn't a pen. Both said there wasn't enough contact.

Yes Shaw sticks his foot out on the stretch but Bruno makes sure his non kicking foot brushes it with the slightest contact and then goes down like he's broken his leg.

It's manufactured and he could easily have skipped over Shaw's foot and got the shot away. It could easily have been seen as simulation instead.

Oh look.  Man Utd are on again.

Must be every fa cup game they've played on the past 10 years that's been on TV.

That was certainly the case a few years ago Mr Skamp. I think it was something like one non-televised match in 10 seasons. However their appearances have been (slightly) less frequent recently, from memory.

I still maintain my boycott of those ties which hold 'league match in drag' status. Therefore, I most certainly will not be watching Tottenham vs Man City or Fulham vs Newcastle. Just surprised they didn't pick Chelsea vs Villa!

Last round  I boycotted Palace vs Everton, Tottenham vs Burnley and Arsenal vs Liverpool. Possibly one other?

Certainly frees up more time across the weekend 🙂

Surely if you are a TV company you want as many people as possible to watch your programmes

The biggest guaranteed audience for any FA Cup tie will always be Man U

So they will always be the first pick for TV whoever/wherever they are playing

Millions of people round the world won’t be interested in watching a possible giant killing that we might be

Except over here we get every game to pick from, plus a show that goes around the grounds just showing the latest action and all the goals.

Our Nevs were possibly 2, maybe 3, steps away from trying to organise this if the results had stayed the same. There looks to be a lot of teens in that early rush on. The ringleader is probably the one filming.

That VAR decision against Villa was shocking.

He was only offside after being manhandled to the floor by the Everton player.  If it's not a goal then it's a penalty.

Wank decision

Edit. How piss poor wank is Pickford?

He was nowhere near play.  Wasn't in the line of sight or anything.

Plus it's a penalty then

Didn't he receive the ball after the corner - in the offside position - and then crossed it in.
